Firefox is a program you install on your computer that is used to browse the internet, it's an alternative to an incompatible browser, which you are currently using.

It's very similar to your current browser but is more secure, easier to use and is required for use with Bluetree.

Firefox is free, runs on all versions of your operating system and you'll be up and running within a few minutes.

To begin, you must download and install Firefox, simply click here to visit the Firefox website, click the 'Download Firefox' button and follow the on-screen instructions once it has completed.

Once you are running Firefox, enter your Bluetree web address (supplied in your welcome email) into the address bar and you're away! Remember, you must use Firefox each time you access Bluetree.
